So Carol absorbed Hala's Sun and it dimmed before the events of Infinity War and in The Marvels she restarted the Sun again. That's pretty much 4-C. Dar-Benn can contend with her physically and both Monica and Kamala can harm Dar-Benn

In the movie it was stated and shown Captain Marvel has enough energy to punch a hole in space time when Monica said it was needed as much energy to close the hole and thats why she needed to absorb energy from Captain Marvel, so its not all false despite being fangirlin.

As far as we know restart the sun doesnt give you 4-C believe me i tried the comics captain marvel also did it never got the 4-C for it, but it would still make her at least high 6-A because she can produce the same energy as the sun produces in 1 second

other than carol restoring hala’s star, i found a scene that backs up monica’s statement of dar-benn trying to take the earth’s sun, so basically she was using the bangle to suck the sun’s energy into one of those vortexes she was opening in the movie, which causing it to shine less brighter to the point the earth’s sky became darker

It depends. If the star was completely dead then it would be 4-C. If it was dying or just fading it can vary from High 6-A to 4-C depending on mitigating circumstances.

IT was basically like moon just bigger and when Captain marvel went there it turned into an actual sun like how we see it on real life all exploding from every side

Carol was visibly different when she healed Hala's sun. Binery is still a fickle thing, but the eyes thing should probably be the indicator. Is Hala's sun smaller than Nidavellir the star?
I think the jump point throws a reach into stellar scaling, being though it is intrinsically tied to space time. It would be like arguing a single, run of the mill ship has stellar output because it open a jump point. Had the interdimentional portal not been visibly jump point based, then I could see it, but as it stands, not so much.
I love how casual they are with the mid tier visuals, such as non chalently busting through a falling building. Like, she pulverized it. That's awesome.
Carol amping Monica feels like a callback to Blue Marvel Ampang Carol to binery mode.

..This movie ain't the best but definitely is fun and better than the first to me.
The sun feat and Monica feat of resealing the tear in space will be interesting scaling. I honestly feel fans forget Carol is a walking space stone of sorts
. Reigniting the sun probably isn't as much raw power(4-c) but maybe more in line with a fusion reaction or something. Essentially Carol was a match to the furnace i believe.

I always find it disappointing when people immediately place the blame on Brie when it comes to Captain Marvel hatred. Like she didn’t write the script or direct the movies lmao. Brie’s talented and she just doesn’t get the better material out of the MCU unfortunately, but people just get straight to bashing herfirst i gotta say everyone is really in a herd mentality or just hate Brie I'm guessing
