The kings of social influencing/luck: King vs the Courier

As far as I’m aware this somehow wasn’t already made, so making it now. Both start within talking distance. Both know of each other’s reputation.

So is this just whoever talks the other into ******* off? Nothing really stops The Courier from using V.A.T.S to see his real stats and being like "That's ******* sus" and blasting him.

Last I checked someone tried something similar and in the end came out thinking King was even stronger somehow. Though I would need to find the scan, and my work starts soon so it’ll be a while before I can check (also I could be misremembering).
