How does Sukuna have regen neg? Sukuna is in itadori body (I should have said that) so he cant use Mahoraga to adapt to Muzan regen, which is insane and instant.

the AP difference is around 29 times here (at least scales to uraume's 2.9 kiloton frost calm, while muzan is to an unknown degree above baseline 8-A aka 100 tons) there is nothing muzan can do here. biomanip is resisted by sukuna, poison is resisted by sukuna, the only thing that could possibly do something here is bio deconstruction (which is likely ineffective due to biomanip resistence) which won't have that big of an effect due to sukuna's own body control and regen.
Muzan is waaaaaaaaaay faster sure, but the power gap is just to much and sukuna would sooner or later open his domain which would kill muzan by vaporizing him with thousands of cuts, that have shown to be able to turn humans and buildings to dust or he just goes Fuga and nukes the area vaporizing muzan in the process.

Sukuna doesn't resist Muzan's level of biological manipulation. I don't even know why Sukuna had that resistance in the first place, seeing how it comes from him standing on a rock, and even if it does, Muzan's is layered in the sense that simple exposure to his blood is enough to transmute the likes of the Pillars and Tanjiro, and even after they gai Ed a resistance to it via Tamayo's medicine, he was still able to demonify Tanjiro in his dying breath by injecting him with blood.
Sukuna is also over 500 times slower than Muzan. Not even Malevolent Shrine can cover that much of a speed difference

RCT is Muzan's biggest issue, but both bio manip and electricity/shockwaves counter that and gives Muzan enough time to either bio manip or go for the head
Before you say that Sukuna has soul manip so he 1 shots, he failed to 1 shot anyone else in the series with his soul manip despite no one else having resistances. Gojo survived multiple slashes from Sukuna, only dying cuz his body was slashed in half, not his soul.
Another example is Itadori, another character with soul damaging attacks yet he doesn't 1 shot anyone he fights despite their lack of resistance

Small issue, that being that muzan is not passing that 29x time dura to AP difference to inject sukuna in the first place
