So, The Killer (Scary Movie) has a few feats that should give him a tier higher then 9-C.

These feats are:


- Throwing a teenage girl at a wall hard enough to lightly damage it.


-Busted out of wooden cabinet


-Destroyed a table in one strike

I feel like this should be enough to upgrade him to 9-B

This doesn't really seem 9-B. The wood stuff he busted through was flimsy and american houses have drywall, which is flimsy as ****. 9-B is not fine, definitely not without a calc
