The inevitable: Xionic Madness vs Madness Combat

Okay so, I don't think Omega really spams Blood manip in character so it shouldn't be a issue regradless

No real difference.

Omega's a good military man but he has nothing on a deranged serial killer that's slaughtered literally hundreds of people with no effort and functions within two movement systems inside a distopian, "twisted inside out" reality.

Hank's dealt with the best of the best, along with foes that can teleport, use martial arts and so much more. Hank wins via sheer skill and strength alone. If he even manages to get killed by say self-destruction, he'll get revived by the Higher Powers.

This seems like a stomp, no way Omega can win here.

Uh

Omega litteraly killed a entire army, a clone that was just as skilled as him, and a army of zombies

And I thought that Hank's ressuraction wasn't combat accipatble

Hank also killed armies, including the world's most trained elite, along with supernatural gods and zombies.

Also it is. It literally happens every time the plot's supposed to end cause he got killed.

Hank's resurrection is combat applicable, but the Higher Powers will get bored if he dies more than a few times and just stop resurrecting him.

Omega's blood manipulation manipulates only his own blood. Some of his weapons can be really nasty, though; a single shot from Obliterator could start dissolving Hank from the inside out.

Omega does not have a calc. It'd be cool to have more XM feats calced for that.
