The Flash Speed Upgrade

In the finale Barry was able to fight evenly with Zoom so I think he should be upgraded to Hypersonic+ and possibly higher striking strength.

Well he is able to do time remnants now, that's pretty nifty. Also, it seems he's gaining control of his time travel ability. Not sure about the speed and striking upgrade though.

His speed was already upgraded, not sure where higher striking strength comes from?

He pummeled Zoom who has building level durability.

Now that i look at it zoom is rated as building level for destroying barry who is small building level but that rating of building level is wrong while zoom easily destroyed barry it doesn't warrant being building level as to be building level you need to be 50x stronger than a small building level character which i don't think zoom is that far above barry unless the calc that puts barry ar small building level was already far into the small building level tier.

I agree Zoom's building lvl durability and striking make no sense IMO. If Barry is Small building lvl then Zoom should be At least small building lvl. From there, we could scale Barry up slightly to At least small building lvl too since he defeated Zoom by pummelling him.

In regard to Barry's speed, when he had the Tachyon device didn't they say he was going 5 times faster than before? Then again I still think that falls right around Hypersonic+ like Zoom.
