It's double low godly. He has a second soul, his hair soul, that's immune to regular soul attacks.

The problem is that Nil's erasure seems to be far more powerful since she outright erased the concept of space.

The issue is that she is a type 1 abstract that embodies the type 2 concept of a void, while Bo can "attack you" with type 3 concepts and assuming he actually can interact with her, that seems the only way for him to attack her.
