Okay. Since Bobobobobobobo can fight as a vegetable and has resisted mind control before, neither Popeye's transmutation or hypnosis will work. Since death is not allowed and Popeye has resisted transmutation, Bobobobobobobo can only win by knocking Popeye out when his spinach wears off if he hits before Popeye can summon more. Popeye can win either by knocking Bobobobobobobo out or BFRing him. Since Popeye has knowledge of his opponent and more ways to win, he will be trying to go for those conditions right away. The question is if Bobo can stay active on the battlefield long enough for the spinach to wear off. Since their powerset is roughly similar in abilities, I guess it comes down to AP, durability, and skill. What is Popeye's AP and durability vs Bobo's?

They're both baseline, right?

I'm unsure if Bobobo would let Popeye get in enough hits to break the animation frames & knock him out. Would be fittingly zany, so it surprises me it doesn't seem like Bobobo has any feats of that sort.

Anyway, in-character, Bobobo would be trying to make Popeye give up, to confuse the opponent into submission. Would he actually go for any means of beating Popeye quicker than that? How long would it take for Popeye to just lose his mind in confusion to the point that he abandons this fight? Would Prior Knowledge & bloodlust affect this?
