Yes it can probably do that. Even with Fragor, he can burn Ichigo, who is much superior to him.

You need to learn what Reactive Evolution is. You need to learn bleach and hogyoku beforehand.

Ichigo was beating Aizen to the ground and he was much superior, but it was okay for Aizen because he could evolve as much as he wanted and even surpassed the nerfed SK when he was at base. Also, as additional evidence, Hogyoku has rw i and range that will affect the low2c plane. So in this case, we can say that Aizen will easily evolve against the opponent. Just read Fake Karakura Invasion to understand.

Was there that much difference between him and Ichigo?

Ichigo was 3-C, Aizen was 4-A but what’s weird with the profiles is that Ichigo scales to 12x the attack that burned his arm but sort of explains it as Ichigo being casual. What makes more sense to me is that Ichigo’s Zanpakuto which negged the Ultra Fragor is just that much more durable than his body

As for the Hogyoku though, Ai:’ needed to evolve to reach that level to damage Ichigo so he was somewhere lower into 4-A to an unquantifiable degree
