Infinity Ultron doesn't seem low to medium hax.

In character he leads with punches and beams and uses his hax only when needed. The only two actually powerfull haxes he ever used are the Retcon Punches at the end of his fight with the Watcher and the Time Stop when he was getting beated by the Guardian of the Multiverse, so I think that he can be used in this Tournament.

It does nuke the soul pretty quickly, plus she spams danmaku that has it, she's about as bad as DoG even, but his one-shot capabilities are instant but require more precision and the opponent to get hit by DoG's head. But i was just checking lol
