The Endless Upgrade?

Destruction of the Endless, is the embodiment of destruction. Destruction exists even on the High Hyperversal Level, because, for example, Elder God Demonbane could destroy The Counter-Actor. Everything that has a beginning has an end.

Destiny of the Endless, is the embodiment of destiny. The book he carries is the fulcrum of destiny, the book contains all that will happen and all the has happened. As it contains all the will happend and all that has happened, even High Hyperversal characters and structures would be bound to it.

That's not how the Endless work. Even characters who embody concepts are bound to the limits of their respective verse unless shown otherwise. Lucifer is explicitly >>> the Endless, and Lucifer is only 11/12-D. This means the Endless are 12-D at best, which is still the lowest possible end of hyperversal. Even then, they're more likely 11-D, which is High Complex Multiversal.

Even personifications have their own power hierarchy.

Personification of destruction... means nothing. Even tier 7-8 character can be personification of darkness, chaos, etc.

Desturction of the Endless is the anthropomorphization of destruction, he is the embodiment of destruction. If a High Hyperversal characters has any destruction occur to them, that destruction is part of Destruction of the Endless's essence.

It doesn't work like that. If that were true, Lucifer, Michael, and the Presence would be less than bugs to him. He is only the embodiment of destruction below his own level. Please drop this or be considered as a troll.

As Ant said, that's not how it works. The Endless' only have authority over those who exist below them. Lucifer has died before, and basically told Death to piss off because she didn't have authority over him. Lucifer is only 12-D, at best. This means pretty much any being Low Hyperverse level or higher is infinitely beyond the endless. You are misunderstanding how they work and applying a NLF to them.
