The Emperor of Mindhax

Nobody in dragon ball is going to get around the immortality or getting (insert psyker thing here) with a thought, their inclusion doesn't change much
 
I don't know where the passive part of that is coming from (the glamour effect isn't really an instant win) but yeah dragon ball does lack resistances.
 
Not malal. Emperor has that High 1-B to 1-A key because that's his warp presence. He essentially is a warp god.
