Yang Yan is an Artifact Refiner, we can assume it was refined by her herself. Since the Star Emperor Tokens were also made by her and contain enough power to destroy a Star, The Thunder Annilihiating Bead should be on the same level. Cultivators are unable to use even 10% of its strength.

First on Yang Yan's profile, we have a possibly rating for her lifting strength at Class Y as we don't know if the artifact has weight if it hasn't been activated yet. We now have evidence not for the specific feat but for Cultivators to have At Least Class Y Lifting Strength.
