Why is the dovahkhiin only at low 2c when they have high 1b hax, several daedric artifacts and divine Armor with at least low 1c durability and tier 1 spells ? Not to mention prisoner physiology which should give each prisoner some type of tier 1 rating on their own.

Outdated. That’s the short answer at least. As for why they didn’t give the Dovahkiin High 1-B hax probs to avoid wank.

mainly just stigma and being outdated. He should be high 1-B altogether in my opinion but hey

mostly cus when the profiles were made and updated years ago, putting X tier via hax was not that common

in short: the entire TES verse is kinda outdated.
