The Doctor VS Doctor Doom (REMATCH)

Rematch after almost 6 years ...

Round 1: Casual encounter

Round 2: Both with 2 weeks of prep. In character.

The Doctor is able to use the TARDIS and the Sonic Screwdriver.

Victor in regular armor.

Bonus Round: Bloodlusted 2 weeks prep. Doctor vs Beyonder's Powers Doom. (If spite, Galactus helps Doom).

The Doctor is a lifewiper with 30 minutes of prep with just trash. Give him his TARDIS and two weeks he will definately destroy Doom.

Round 3 goes to Doctor as stated above.

Casual encounter is more interesting. However I think it goes to Doctor still. Because of his incredible improv skills and how potent his regenrations are.

So overall Doctor has it in the bag.

In a casual encounter it's The Doctor. Regular Doom doesn't have the power to pierce the TARDIS. Same goes with 2 weeks of prep. For round three, WHAT ARE YOU, INSANE? Never use the bloodlusted Doctor in a VS battle. It's always a spite, even with Galactus.

Doctor Doom wins, without absorbing the Tardis(or something like that, which is out of character) the Doctor is atleast at street level.

Doctor has insane levels of intelligence. It completely dwarfs Doom's.

A superintelligent ant still loses to a faster and stronger ant. Dr Doom stomps in random encounter. Dr Who stomps in prep.

No way Doom would get to the TARDIS. The TARDIS is sentient, it can move on it's own if it wanted to. The Doctor can materialize the TARDIS around himself before Doom would be able to attack, then it's game over.

The Doctor can die and has died several times against foes not as formidable as Doom. Doom would destroy the Dalek and Cybermen with ease so killing the Doctor in Round 1 is easy. Most of the time The Doctor survives because his foes hesitate. Even the Daleks don't fire right away when encountering the Doctor but Doom has no such hesitation. In a casual encounter The Doctor would be blasted before he gets to talk his way out of it. Doom has little patience for chatter remember.

Round 2 I say goes to Dr Who. 2 Weeks of prep for the Doctor (Which is redundant since he's a time traveler) is too much for any mortal. It would not be an easy victory as Doom also has some time travel ability, magic and is also extremely intelligent. I see Doom faking the Doctor out at first with a Doombot, then attempting to study and replicate the Tardis Tech and maybe even capturing the Doctor before ultimately defeating himself, according the the Doctor's pla

Round 3 Beyonder Doom curbstomps the Doctor. I love Dr Who but Pre Retcon Beyonder (especially in Secret Wars 1) was just short of TOAA and could think the Doctor out of existance. Dr Who is practically immortal from a race of beings that while their tech is impressive are just a slight step above regular mortal beings. They are not omnicient or omnipotent just mortals with super high technology. Beyonder Doom had the power of GOD. Pre Retcon Beyonder was GOD in that storyline. Power MILLIONS of times greater than the entire Marvel Multiverse. Now there was some inconsistant writing during Secret Wars II but the Beyonder at that point erased Death from Existance and was more powerful than all the Marvel concepts (Eternity, The Living Tribunal and the rest) put together. Dr Who (and I'm a Whovian) is extremely outclassed by any cosmic being who can of course time travel and at the time Beyonder Doom also had his intelligence enhanced. With 2 weeks of prep (Mastery of the Beyonders power) Doom stomps almost every character ever concieved. I can't imagine what even a bloodlusted Doctor could do to Doom in this state? Blow up the Multiverse? PR Beyonder Doom was a Million times more powerful than any Multiverse. Spiderman with the Post Retcon Beyonder's power created a Multiverse in a billionth of a second (that's how long he had the power). Imagine Doom with Pre Recon Beyonder (which is way more vast) having that power for 2 weeks. Galactus doesn't even factor in.

BTW Even in Doctor Who mythos the Time Lords are considered Emphemeral or mortal by true immortals who exist outside of (beyond) time and space.

Not really,Only way doom prep looses in comics is cause he's the "bad guy",Doom creates tech with similar complexity with DrW,But DW is from an advanced civillization while doom is a mere human, and yet tricks and beats cosmic beings, and even ascended beyonders powers, which was a High complex multiversal being, and yet he's just a human, not an "advanced being",Doom prep/improv,dare i say, even trumps batman and constantine in fiction, let alone DR who and only gets beat due to PIS and CIS.

As for battle, round 1 is a definite win for Victor

round 2-ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
