Hmm, i think in a 1000 year time-frame The Doctor Who could convince/force the White Guardia to kill YHVH.

Also the doctor could place the Reality Bomb in the Medusa Cascade, travel back in time, then remotely detonate the Reality Bomb avoiding any harm.

... The Doctor Who has 1000 years of prep time, he would have no problem convincing/forcing a Transcendant Being or a Great Old One to kill YHVH. The Transcendant Beings & the Great Old Ones vary in power from Complex Multiverse Level to Hyperverse Level, for example the White Guardia, and the Eternals. YHVH is low complex multiverse level, he would get trashed by a Transcendant Beings or a Great Old One.
