Yep! The Dark Multiverse is a subconscious realm of dark matter where universes spawn based on the fears and hopes of all living beings and contain infinite twisted universes and it is so large that the regular multiverse float on the Dark Multiverse.

Anyway, Barbatos killed a guy able to hammer universes and create Hypertime, which contains infinite timelines including the Pre/Post-Crisis if i remember correctly within the Orrery of Worlds, with his own two hands. And was able to screw with the multiverse by roaring his Anti-Music.

The regular universe in DC is undoubtedly larger than the observable universe.
