So, i rewatched Game Over and the scenes after it, and... I don't know why The Condesce and Aranea's Low Ends are at 4-B for some reasons:
1) They do not destroyed the Solar System completely, there were still a few planets in it, as you can see here: http://www.mspaintadventures.com/?s=6&p=008815
2) They do not "destroyed" the "Solar System" by themselves, they were just trowing planets in each other with Telekinesis, and then, The Collison of the Planets made them explode, so, they didn't destroyed the Solar System by themselves, what screwed with the Solar System was the planetary collisons
And... Why Grimdark Rose and others are High 4-C?, Grimdark Rose is listed as High 4-C for being far superior to God-Tier John (Who is 5-B), And for being able to keep up with Bec Noir for a couple seconds... This is weird, and then, she is scaled from Dave, who is scaled from Jack English, who is scaled from Spades Slick, who is scaled from Dave and Dirk, who is scaled from Rose...
