It's from him being able to instantly form a 3-dimensional body from his 2-dimensional mind. It doesn't come from an incantation.
 
Lol what? And you guys also argued this dude used to be 11-dimensional and transcendent.

But no, I don't think that constitutes low-godly. Plus, that was merely an effect of him crossing through the rift. Plus, if we wanna be like that, Discord can ******* turn himself into 2D art and then fashion his 3D form again. See how that sounds?

Like, literally it was a result of crossing over into the 3rd dimension? Nothing points to that being a result of his own power because his friends also came and had 3D forms because they literally hade a third dimension attached to themselves to adapt to their current environment. Plus, the fact he could be incinerated and Ford considered that the only weapon that could kill Bill if he made an accurate shot. If he could regen a physical form at whim then a character that knows Bill and is a genius saying that with certainty kinda goes against it in canon. Just saying. Plus it's not even on the profile.
 
1. He literally just creates one at the beginning of the finale and he can leave it at will (See when he enters Ford's mind)

2. Quantum Destabilizer is EE, plus he said that it'd blast Bill back to the dimension he came from anyways.

3. It is on the profile.
 
Ok so this kinda got a lil off track debating Bill's Low-Godly, so what is the argument that is keeping this match from being added?
 
Even then, he said it shouldn't be added due to ignored arguments. I don't know how "This shouldn't be added" turned into "This should be added".
 
Well unless Efi comes here to give his counterarguments we're gonna be stuck here, unless we just add it and if he changes his mind he can request it on the removal thread.
 
Bill does lazer. Discord can't regen if HIS ENTIRE BODY IS GONE. Bill can do that. Also, Discord is far less serious than Bill. I vote Bill for laser and will to kill.
