Kazumas refusal to kill is gonna be a hindrance here, especially against the Boss' mentality of 'kill first, ask questions when i give a ****'

(I assume this would be changed to their 9-A versions)
In a one on one fist fight i'd probably give it to Kiryu, though Boss has some really high durability and has taken on a variety of foes, Kiryu seems to be a far more versatile and competent hand to hand fighter, with a better variety of moves.
Not only that, he's actually on a higher 9-A level (Kiryu is Small Building+, while The boss is only Small Building leve)
So even if he wasn't bloodlusted, he'd still be able beat the boss, as he's faced people as strong and ruthless as the boss and beaten them, even while not bloodlusted.

Wait, he's 9-A+ scaling to a guy who can one punch rocks barely bigger than himself? I should get Killbane's feat of tanking the explosion of his jet at point blank range calced because its easily a higher yield than that
