From what I see Kurapika is the better fighter of the two

Rem isn't exactly known for tactics while Kurapika is

In fact Uvogin is literally just Rem but stronger and he managed to snare and entrap him

If she get's caught in a chain it's over with the LS difference

Kurapika can also amp his abilities with Ren and Gyo

Rem has healing but from what I understand it exhausts her mana so she can't do it forever
