Anyways, though Barricade is stronger and more durable, the fact he is pretty large in size just makes it an easier target for MePhone4 to hit, especially when having the lifting strength advantage to break free from the decepticon’s grasp. Also, he’s far more versatile considering how he can virtually summon anything he needs with a thought, such as cannons, flamethrowers, freeze rays, electricity rays, and shields (The latter is useful for blocking Barricade’s gunfire), as well as knock Barricade out of the arena with the Fist Thingy.

Aight, is he more skilled than Barricade though because Barricade is capable of fighting both Bumblebee (someone marginally inferior to him) and Optimus Prime (someone noticeably superior to him) at the same time, albeit with with a Drone helping him, for a prolonged period of time before being killed. He also fought Starscream in a pitched albeit losing fight and can fight literal armies of Human Military Vehicles all at the same time and win. Barricade is also much smarter than him in both Combat and General Smarts so I can see Barricade being able to pick apart his opponent's combat abilities faster than he can loses, especially since he has Regen on his side. Also, despite his size, Barricade is actually pretty agile. He can jump twice his height into the air and he can climb walls like he's Spider-Man. Hell, Barricade might just decide to hack him if he runs out of other options seeing as his opponent is a Phone, he'd just need to scan him for 1.5 seconds. Minor Nitpick though, Barricade actually downscales from 75 Tons since he's weaker than Ironhide.

I think that with the hacking part I'm more inclined to believe that Barricade would win.

What does the phone generally do?
Aside from what SoulOfCinder said, it seems the Decepticon can also turn into a car for more agility, and has a gun to be even in ranged options, but I'm kinda ignorant regarding both characters.
