Two duo made of a Smart and Calm Person who wants to stop an alien race to make the Earth and the humanity into his Playground and hot-blood person who happens to be a Hybrid of that same alien race.

-Both Riders have Hazard Level between 5,0 and 6,0

-The Sisters are EoS

-Build and Cross-Z have access to all his forms, except RabbitDragon, Cross-Z Evol and Cross-ZBuild.

-The Riders stars with they basics forms. (RabbitTank and Cross-Z Dragon)

-Both Teams have speed equalized.

-All four of them are in character.

-Neutral Terrain.

-Win condition are K.O., Incapatitation and death.

Build doesn't have country level AP anymore.

So this is an AP stomp, but if we use EoS for the first team then it's a stomp on the other side.

thats why i put Build and Cross-Z in a Hazard Level between the 5,0 to 6,0. That should put them higher that multi-block level and very below the solar system one, which is used with Hazard Level 7.

Uh, that isn't how scaling sytem work, you know? Being between 5,0 and 6,0 doesn't make them 6-B, but just a unquatificably small fraction of their power.
