They both have Plant Manipulation . . . Actually wait, Kartana's control of plants would be more versatile, as Hashirama can only control wood.
Kartana resists Hashirama's Earth, Water, Lightning and Wood attacks. Hashirama's best bet here would be Fire Manipulation, but Kartana could predict Hashirama's attacks via Precognition, so there's that. It's speed is also far greater than Hashirama's . . .
I'd say Kartana via Precog, Speed and a possibly higher AP
