Bruh, this is an utter stomp. The difference between High 1-B and 1-A is infinitely greater than the difference between an 11-C and a High 1-B.

Well, there´s a rule that says that High 1-B vs. 1-A can work, but it can just be hard to gauge.

Quoting:

"Given the unfathomably extreme differences in scale between different characters in tiers High 1-B and 1-A, take note that fights between them demand considerable knowledge and analysis, and may often be impossible to determine due to insufficient information. "

Both of them are even from the same verse, so this shouldn´t be too hard to pull off.

That is not referring to comparisons between high 1-Bs and 1-As. That is saying that within the tiers of High 1-B and 1-A, power can vary greatly. Look at all the insane 1-A scaling chains, for instance. Oblivion isn't even baseline. The difference between a 1-A and a High 1-B is more than the difference between a High 1-B and an 11-C.

Then again, Thanos is clearly the strongest High 1-B in Marvel, as far I know.

Pre retcon Beyonder and Molecule man should be superior. Again, it doesn't matter, because Oblivion is 1-A.

Being the embodiment of a 1-A realm is not baseline.

Bob you can't use stuff like "at least" or "likely/possibly higher" for vs battles. They aren't relevant for anything but categorization.
