Doesn't Thanos just...snap her away immediately?
If he uses his snap it's randomized because that's what he does. He would probably try and kill her before snapping though.

It's either Gamora smacks or Thanos snaps.

And when someone charges at him with a sword, he usually throws hax at them.

He can also use the Reality Stone to literally turn Gamora into taffy, the Time Stone to literally freeze Gamora in her tracks, or, gain, just plain snap her away.

What you're telling me, is that this match should be ruled as Inconclusive, depending on which Infinity Stone Thanos feels like using. Either he haxes her to oblivion, or she yeets him.

I mean, he could have done that plenty times in Canon too. Even against Thor with full stones he just went for a full energy blast.

In-character though, so wouldn't Thanos start crying when seeing Gamora?
I doubt he'd recognize her at all. She's looking way different.

I mean, he'd still at most assume she's 9f the same species. Different height, hair, clothing and general shape and probably face make for a very different person.
