I like that people say Thanos is incompetent when he's engage in like three fights in the whole movie and has two of the six stones for about 5 minutes of screentime.

It doesnt really change the fact that is if the reality stone really had reality warping he would have teleported all stones to him or warped Titan back to life or kill half of everyone wothout the need of the other stones (the fact that it needed the power of all 6 stones to kill half the universe in the MCU, implies that is that the absolute limit to his hax.).

They do have limits, we know. There's a reason for the stones needing to be together to be able to use the snap, they're not individually powerful enough, and has limitations that each needs each other to overcome, e.g.:
Reality stone has a short distance of usage, which is nulled by the space stone having control over space. Its effects aren't potent enough to be permanent, which is boosted by the power stone to be enough. Its effects aren't reaching everywhere at once, which is countered by the time stone making it so it happens all at once. It doesn't have visible targets, the soul stone sees the souls to target. Etc.
It's a theory, but it's quite sound imo, in that the stones are at their strongest when in conjunction with each other.
