EarthBound: Ness, Giygas, Truth, and the Dark Dragon should be fine. Everyone else would get obliterated by just base Thanos. Edit: That is assuming the snap happens. Truth would be able to stop it with probability manipulation. Even if the snap happens, everyone else not listed who's protected by Truth is fine.

Zelda: Goddesses are fine. Link and Ganon may be able to reincarnate after the snap, but everyone else is dead.

Pokémon: Everyone that isn't tier 2 dies, except for the Pokémon that can escape to other realities.

Mario: All the non-tier 2s are in danger, but the Star Rod should be capable of undoing the snap.

Ninjago: Every "Living" being would die. Undead beings like Ghosts and Skullkins would be fine via being... Well, already dead, as well as abstract entities like the Overlord. Don't know about non-biological beings, but who do have souls, such as any robot/androids and Stone Warriors.

Doki Doki Literature Club!: Everyone dies, but Monika keeps existing as a nonexistent and brings herself back to life.

Monster Musume: Surprisingly doesn't get completely solo'd (by the snap itself, I mean). There are some Undead Creatures, like Zombies, and Dullahans are Death Deities, so I don't know about them.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: GER resets Giorno's own death, Carne dies but his Notorious B.I.G. lives, Valentine may be able to avoid his own death thanks to the Love Train, and I guess Diavolo can just skip the moment in which the snap happens and everyone (including himself) would die, or just skip the very moment in which he would get pulverized. And I guess Zombies survive too.

Shin Megami Tensei: Just humans would die, and not even all of them.

Dragon Ball: Only Zamasu survives, and I guess Android 16.

Yu-Gi-Oh!: As for the anime/manga, no idea, honestly. There are undead monsters, as well as ones who would just no-sell death manipulation, but they are just the cards themselves, which mostly remain without a summoner. Some of the monsters and characters from the Lore would survive though.

I'm not sure, but I think the snap ignores durability, so even if you're a tier 3 or 2 in durability, it does not mean you're saved.

Okay, I agree that the soul stone negates durability (though I'm not sure how this is limited). My reason for picking tier 2s to be safe was mainly hax, not durability (transcendence of time also helps). EarthBound tier 2s have reality warping, and the verse overall has probability manipulation thanks to Truth. Zelda's goddesses have resistance to soul manipulation, acausality, and some forms of reality warping. Pokémon's tier 2s have powerful reality warping, acausality, and some have soul manipulation themselves. Mario tier 2s have reality warping, and as I stated earlier the Star Rod should be capable of wishing those who were erased back to life.

Most characters in Wiz should survive; Wizards only lose their physical body when they die. Characters in Avalon might die though. Gods, The Creator, The Titans no u Thanos

All humans from earth would die, and I dont think The Player would be too happy with Thanos.

The Elder Scrolls: Dragons laugh at the snap. Durnehviir definitely laughs at the snap via being an Undead Dragon. There's many vampires, ghouls, etc. so they're fine. Any Chim user goes "no u" to the Infinity Gauntlet and snaps the gauntlet away. Any Daedric Prince laughs at the snap and snaps the stones so that they turn into bubbles.

Final Fantasy XIII : Almost the entire cast dies except Lightning in LR. Fal'Cie may die but i'm not sure if they have a soul. Caïus dies in his FF XIII-2 form but survives in his LR appearence since he became a physical vessel for Chaos itself. Ereshkighal and Bhunivelze survive.

Lucifer (TV Series) : God and Charlotte both survive. Demons too since they lack a soul. Not sure for the angels like Amenadiel and Lucifer.

Arrowverse (CW) : Every human or alien character die. The Monitor can possibly survive. God and the First of the Fallen both survive then kick Thanos's ass. Not sure for the demons and angels.

Vertigo comics : Thanos will be like : "Well, shit".

Gravity Falls : Bill survives then eats the Stones because they're just strawberries to him. Axolotl doesn't care.

Cthulhu Mythos : Thanos snap does almost nothing but Azatoth is now awaken. The end.
