Both 5-A. Thanos has Infinity Gauntlet + Power Stone (not sure about Space stone). Speed Equalized (whatever is the traditional manner, i.e. just movement speed but not attack speed or reaction speed, again, whatever is traditionally done)
Fight takes place in a random asteroid field in a random galaxy, no stars or planets within travel distance. Also, they have no prior knowledge of each other and no preparation time.
I don't know if size equalization is allowed, it would make sense in this case but.....
Also, Age can't go into frenzy.
