The same thing Elly did to Madoka, turning her into cartoonish-like person and messed with her body. Although Wal probably just straight up kill her opponent.

i don't think the Terrarian can do anything here because of Wal's Mid Healing that actually works more like regen and the fact she resists life absorbtion
