I've actually been thinking about this for a while, and I finally got along to it.

This is obviously Base Teridax. It would be an unholy stomp otherwise. Madara is at his strongest.

Speed is equalized, as Teridax's is unknown.

Even with standard battle assumptions, Teridax is a completely artificial being.

That's referring to basic energy that the character needs in order to actually fight their enemy, not something specific like Genjutsu.

If the answer is no, equalization does not apply.

Genjutsu has literally worked on people without chakra in the series so I don't see why people are still using this argument.

Frankly examples of Genjutsu affecting people without Chakra are probably Kishimoto forgetting his own rules.

If you're referring to IT well it was literally stated to not only put you in a genjustu but also illusory dream so it works on everyone but it's exceptional

No it was never stated to work only on people with chakra. Jiraiya said that Genjutsu affects the five senses to control the chakra flow, not by controlling the chakra flow in the target's brain itself.

And like it or not Kaguya putting people under Genjutsu before they had chakra is a very important plot point and you can't just ignore it.

Instead of repeating the Genjutsu debate for the hundredth time, let's actually discuss the fight, okay?

I doubt Genjutsu would be terribly effective on Teridax, considering:

• He's a formless artificial being of pure energy, hiding within a suit of armor.
• It's implied Teridax doesn't have a soul anyways.
• Teridax > Pretty much every Toa, which includes the disposable ones who overpowered Karzahni's mask, Olisi, which works by overpowering their mind and showing them illusions of possible futures.
• None of the incredibly powerful telepaths in Bionicle ever manage to overpower Teridax mentally.

Besides, Teridax can pretty casually read minds and is much smarter, considering he outsmarted and outplayed virtually every other character in Bionicle over a period of nearly 100, 000 years.

Does Madara have the means to counter any of Teridax's many cheaper abilities? Like disintegration? Illness inducement? Density control? Magnetism manipulation? Gravity manipulation? Power draining and stealing? Mind reading and manipulation? Sound-based attacks powerful enough to destroy things on the atomic level? Wind manipulation powerful enough to launch things into orbit? Black hole creation?

He has disintegration himself,he was split in half and did not bleed since his Juubi Jin body is no longer human so illness is meh,he has Gravity control also and power absorption via Preta path.

This fight goes to whoever lands the first blow in which case Madara surrounds himself in limbo and its wrap if not then he loses depending on teridax"s utilization of hax.

This is a pretty interesting battle. Madara easily outclasses him when it comes to AP and Durability if where using the strongest version of him, But Teridax seems to have a lot of hax. I'll give it to Teridax due to his hax. He can adapt to Madara's techniques and it seems he could regenerate from almost anything Madara could throw at him with his Regenerationn. He could end Madara with his Molecular Disruption if his allowed to use it. Than again I don't know to much about Teridax so I can't completely say.

Bear in mind Teridax's Regenerationn is now unspecified, and his Immortality has been expanded to include Type 6. Without a physical body, Teridax is limited to his mental powers and possession.
