Tensura WN question

I read tensura again and i was wondering if destroying worlds in Tensura is possible to achieve Tier L2C ?
I mean each world or universe will lose the concept of time if there is no energy left to expand. So does destroying a world really help 3A characters upgrade to L2C?

-Characters other than Rimuru Tempest, Yuuki Kagurazaka, Veldora Tempest don't scale to this feat. (Beelzebub / Mobius System) (Low 2C)

-Tensura characters like Diablo, Benimaru scale to Breakdown Nostalga, which generates greater energy than the Big Bang. (3A)

-Also, characters like Guy Crimson can completely destroy the physical universe. (3A)

-This scaling is supported by that Yuuki absorbs even 3A attacks from the characters that could destroy the universe. (Low 2C > 3A)

-Also, scaling is supported by the fact that 3A characters cannot damage Chloe O'Bell, who has a High 3A durability (Absolute Defense /İnfinite Barrier) But Yuuki can do it with Beelzebub. (Low 2C > High 3A > 3A)

So there isn't reason for the current scaling to change.

Ya que estás con el WN por qué no suben a Yuuki al 2-C, si se supone que destruyó el mundo que había creado Veldanava, el cual se supone que tiene muchos mundos paralelos dentro de él.
