Tensura - Some more Speed stuff

Brother moving in timeless zone doesn't give you any speed. Each one of you just showing you people don't know how speed tier works here. Like Felway said above it's from Cpap?
Like I said I just said what I understand from the scan above as for Cpap? I haven’t touched that shiii since 2 years ago like hell I don’t even bother study their tiering rules and only go there to check the character tier to see how absurd it is.
I'm also saving pulls for Changli, Suisui and Hsin lol
Reminds me on how I Lost changli to carcharo loll

Can you share the scan? I'm betting Breeze Wuwa is pulls on the scan that's talking about the time when Rimuru couldn't perceive Time Stop. I'm pretty sure "skipping frames" part is definitely talking about when time was stopped and started while fighting, not an actual speed feat. I hope you take a look at that or share the scan here so we can check the full context.

I don't remember any scene where attacks skipped frames other than during Time Stop. I'm just telling you so that you won't be left out of context lol. If other than that any solid feats are there I'm open to know that here. So please share the scans.
Mind you I specifically mentioned Suspended World time stop when I gave him that scan. This is what I said:
As for how they battle, I'll let this scene from V11 explain itself. Everything is there. Rimuru at that moment cannot perceive time stop and dlf movement, so that's what it looks like to him:

Note: I included translation of RAWs from Raiki for the parts that were important. With that said, I'm off to sleep

Rimuru himself stated in his latest volume that the speed of light is the fastest speed he has dealt with so far, and he was surprised, amazed, and even frightened by it, while on VSBW he would have Immeasurable Speed.

Even if he has Immeasurable Speed on VSBW, that would not change anything for me. He is still light speed in my view.

I'll just repeat what I said over discord for formality

On the topic of spatially infinite travel speed, since all the info particle shenanigans are always valid within their perception range, would travel speed by fine on the basis that almost everyone's perception range is kilometers wide? (That should be enough to be considered long distance).

Then why, one might ask, do 'information particles' appear to exceed the speed of light?
Well, it's not that their speed is faster. It feels like 'information particles,' which should exist in separate coordinates, are transferring "information" to one another with zero time delay. Regardless of the distance between them, as long as the 'information particles' exist within a perceptible space, the transfer happens instantaneously. In other words, 'information particles' transcend spacetime.

As for the flame arrows that Veldanava caused to appear with Primitive Magic, I was able to recognize all of them. And my Soul Gluttony is an Authority that can completely devour everything that is possible to recognize in an instant.

In other words, as long as it was within the range that Information Particles could recognize, whether it was Primitive Magic or an unknown Authority, it was theoretically possible to deal with it.

In reality, I would not know what kinds of attacks I could eat unless I tried experimenting. My true feelings were that I had no choice but to hope that it would work. It was my first time handling it without Ciel san, and I was extremely anxious and nervous, but since it succeeded, there was no problem.

Since I am capable of recognizing this entire battlefield, attacks like the one just now can be rendered ineffective no matter how many times they are repeated.

V23

This is before his evolution into a true dragon (and later a dlf), so even a massively weaker Rimuru could detect gazel approaching while he was still far away from his city (implying a range of tens of kilometers).
Something I had noticed a while ago: Having my Magic Sense skill evolve into Universal Detect had made my ability to grasp my surroundings far more accurate across a much wider range. Despite how far away they were from town, I could spot the squadron of Pegasus Knights flying in remarkably fast.

<Report. Thirty knights incoming. The individual Gazel Dwargo is confirmed to be in the vanguard position.>

The ultimate skill Raphael, Lord of Wisdom, gave the report as if nothing could be more trivial.
OTL V6C1
I sensed that with my 'Magic Perception' as well. Somewhere two kilometers away from here, someone was directing killing intent towards the conference. It was so fara way, what could they be planning—?

I immediately executed 'Thought Acceleration' and confirmed the situation. 'Magic Perception' showed a wild-looking red-haired woman. She was holding a small black iron block—a pistol.

And Universal Detect/Magic Perception is something a LOT of characters have. And for those that have vsbw profiles AND are Digital Lifeforms, it's pretty much a general ability they have. They prefer using this over their natural senses, since it's just better, so it's always active.

That should be enough for a general rating (travel speed included), right?

Also, the Note added to the profiles would be:
While Digital Natures can go beyond linear time, they still need the coordinates of the point they want to travel to (attainable either via a passive Spatial Recording-type ability or via simple computational power, or through Soul Corridors, depending on the individual. On the other hand, their Speed rating is general (all types of Speed included), as Speed is constant for Data Particles regardless of whether its perception, reaction or combat. Since they can operate within a character's entire perception range, with said range being tens of kilometers wide or more, Travel Speed is also considered)

What you see doesn't matter to anyone.
Our arguments for this have been proven and accepted.

I talked to spaceman over discord on how we'll be implementing this. Here:

So yeah, it'll be like:
Infinite normally, Immeasurable with Coordinates (As a Digital Nature; Attack, Combat, Perception, Reaction, Travel [Only with Coordinates] - Description)
With that said, I'll start implementing get this thread closed.

Poor guys.... I could see the anger in your posts refusing to accept a different opinion from your own. We should learn to accept differing opinions. In the end, our proposal changed from what it was at the start, but it was still accepted, because we're willing to accept other opinions and improve. Hahahahahahahah.

And let's not forget you had plenty of courage when Astral wasn't around. But now that he's here, why do I see none of you succeeding? Where did all that confidence and noise go that you removed "wank" from Tensura? It seems your enthusiasm was tied to his absence, not to the strength of your arguments.
