telekinetic strength = telepathic resistance

In fiction, most telepathic abilities have been resisted by sheer willpower alone. Verses like Marvel shows off willpower by weaker opponents shrugging of mind-**** attacks. Like Norman Osborn

It's also not a one time thing

It's also happened a lot of times already. Guys like Cap American, Black Panther, Kingpin, Mystique, etc. They are able to resist mind-******* attacks due to sheer willpower and good enough mental discipline.

But that's not really the issue. The issue is that, characters with telekinetic abilities require a very strong mind. So even if they don't have mind-******* attacks, their mind is still strong enough to move stuff. Shouldn't telekinetic abilities be a gauge in telepathic resistance at least?

If a character has no telepathic feat, but has good enough telekinetic feat, shouldn't the guy have a strong mind and be a lot harder to mind-**** at least due to his strong mind?

Staving off an Attack that affects your mind is different from focusing enough that objects move. They're different mechanically, to say. Good mental discipline and willpower gives some resistance against weaker mind haxes but stuff like that against Luke's mind Hax and you're screwed.

I know they are different. But they are also similar in a sense that they use your mind.

Good enough telekinesis is equivalent to a strong mind. A strong mind equals tp resistance. And I wouldn't call Nate Grey's mind hax weak....compared to Luke's?

This is not the only time it happens as well.
