I will get more on this later or if someone asks for more proof, but why do we scale no one to Gun Jack?

He is capable of casually stopping town to small city blast and reacted to it despite it coming from satellite to ground in a second.

And Kazuya and Heihachi despite being massively tired and just waking up from being knocked out were blitzing and 1 shoting Jack 4s who were far more advanced versions of Gun Jack.
