Tyranitar hands down.

Literaly ALL of Tasumakis attacks are useless seeing as how Tyranitar is a Dark-Type. The only thing she can do is try and smash him to death with rocks, and even then Tyranitar is also a Rock-Type so it wouldn't be very effective, and on top of all that Tyranitar can down her speed with Scary Face and blast her to bits with Hyper Beam and Dark Palse.

speed equal. dark pulse and hyper beam are gonna be easly dodged, and she can smach it with meteorites, or drown it in water, or just get to a nuclear bomb and throw it at the pokemon.

Tyranitar should take this via being psychic's weakness due to being dark type, its passive abilities, which makes it harder for tatsumaki to see and make her scared of fighting, on top of versatile abilities.

Sorry, I don't remember to much about Pokemon, still in this battle Tatsumaki have a great disadvantage against Tyranitar.

speed equal. dark pulse and hyper beam are gonna be easly dodged, and she can smach it with meteorites, or drown it in water, or just get to a nuclear bomb and throw it at the pokemon.

OK 1) Where is she going to get a nuke? 2) The fight takes place in a desert, so where is she going to get the water? and 3) Meteorites are made of rock so tyranitar would resist it.

Her opponent's kinda...immune to telekinesis, topped off with the fact that said immunity is doubled while being in a sandstorm (because telekinesis falls under Special).

Anyway, I should probably vote (assuming this isn't a stomp, because it very well might be)

Tyranitar remains unaffected by any of her advances, while she gets whittled down from the passive sandstorm, doing chip damage and making it harder to see, so she eventually gets hit from Hyper Beam spam.
