As the title states: Tanya von Degurechaff from the Anime/Novel Youjo Senki
vs Raiden from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
Preferably with Riden in his Custom Cyborg Body as seen in the picture and NOT in Jack the Ripper Mode which means he's still holding on to his ideals but nonetheless kills people. Also he has access to weapons such as RPGs but mainly uses his standard HF Blade to cut stuff. He can't fly or use the gliders seen in the game.
Tanya is using the Elinium Type 95 computation juwel and the Standard Issue Rifle along with the Standard Flying Gear of the Empire. Her age is about the same as during the anime with 10 or 11 years.
