Low-Mid isn't too hard to overpower, especially with the T-800's weaponry. Not voting tho

nemesis wins easy do to the fact he takes more to put down it takes a rail gun to finally kill him


where as the T-800 can be taken down by explosives eventually


plus nemi has a speed advantage

1) Nemesis isn't faster. If anything, the T-850 is faster

2) Even assuming Nemesis would get to his final form (which had very specific forms), the T-850 has the Hydrogen fuel cell that should do the work with killing it just as badly

nor do i recall the T800 evading rockets or catching them

And he mostly didn't because he didn't need to
