The Terminator vs Jason Voorhees (Terminator vs Friday the 13th) (4-0-0)

Wouldn't it make the most sense to only give the Terminator his modern weapons rather than the plasma rifle? That's what he's typically depicted using.
To be fair, even if we did allow Jason's ranged weapons and limit the Terminator's own, the verdict would not change all that much.

AP numbers aside, the reason Jason loses more times than not is that the Terminator is simply too skilled and smart for him. By baseline, it is essentially a walking supercomputer that not only has detailed files on human anatomy for the sole purpose of killing human targets, but Can also Identify targets even in large crowds and fight by using the environment to its advantage, as well as scan for vulnerabilities in its target through both computational and biological analysis, by which it can also Can also predict actions through similar analysis. And all of this is just baseline when set to "read" mode instead of write. When allowed to "write" and learn from its environment, it can become smarter the longer it is able to stay alive. While Jason is an undead being, the Terminator is smart enough to analyse its target over the course of its fight, potentially to come up with ways of defeating it even if it presumably unkillable at first, and could potentially use its environent to take down Jason if his weapons somehow don't affect them, though this will likely not be the case.

But going into hax now, there a lot of factors that also give T-man the edge to win. For starters, the terminator's analytical systems and various "enchanced senses" render Jason's stealth abilities much more limited, which is his main method of getting close to kill people, while its ability to learn from exposure means that even if Jason could get somewhat of a drop, it would like not work a second time. In addition, its inorganic physiology and its "synthskin" that it normally wears means that Jason would not only be duped into attacking its target thinking that its a normal human, but would likely not able to hurt him in the way that it intends to due to it being a robot with both an altered structure and having metal components.

As for Jason, while he does have a few secondary abilities in his undead key, for the most part he remains just a big strong unkillable guy with a preference for melee killing, and occasionally using ranged weapons, so anything he doesn't bring much in terms of hax. Even his possession powers require him to be destroyed, and would likely not work on the Terminator since aside from him possbily destroying Jasons heart over the course of thier fight, the mind control would likely not work due to being a machine, as well as the requirements for possession being that the person is human so that it can actually ingest the heart.

Speaking of "destroying Jason", while his immortality and undead implies he is unkillable, this is hardly the case here as his regeneration does have limits. Jason's best regen feat was being able to regenerate from having his torso partially exploded by a grenade, all while doing so in a matter of seconds. While impressive, we shouldn't necassarily suggest that Jason could survive anything as a result as only his main body was injured, not his brain where his actual conciousness resides, and jason has typically survived bodily injuries without even needing to regerate. Additionally, I think the speed at which he regenerated here is somewhat of an outlier as well, as Jason typically does regenerate at that speed normally, and it also goes against the Jason 9 film where his entire body was blown up save for his heart (which also correlates to my first issue where Jason likely could not survive attacks to the head or fully body destruction). If Jason did exhibit the speed of regen he showed in the comic, he would likely not have needed to control anyone in order to gain back his original form, and could have possibly regenerated his heart over time.

Which brings me to my final point: I believe that Terminator can destroy Jason. His standard arsenal, while not to the level as his plasma rifle, would still be capable of hurting Jason somewhat as he has taken injuries from normal people before despite the difference in strength (even if they havent killed him), and some weapons such as his grenade launcher and minigun would additionally be capable of destroying his body overtime, considering that even a basic grenade could do the same. The terminator's anayltical abilities would also allow for the Terminator to be efficient in its usings its weapony as well, as demonstrated in its ability to shoot someone in the leg to cripple a person without killing them after swearing not to, or attacking someone's heart directly to guarantee the targets death.

Not to mention that Terminator also has a technical secret weapon in the form of its fuel cells, which can cause an explosion ranging anywhere from a higher tier of 9A to something comparable to that nuclear bombs. Either way, the fuel cell explosion would be capable of not only destroying Jason, but vaporizing his body, and the Terminator is both willing and capable of using one his fuel cells, as he normally carries two and would only need one to remain functioning.

Even if the Terminator cannot put Jason down for good, I believe he can at the very least permanently incapacitate him, or render his body destroyed to the point that it would take more than one hour to heal, which would still lead to the Terminator's victory.
