The party thing isn't very consistent. He's been consistently harmed by people far lower then his actual showings, so he should be downgraded to buidling.

Mina Loveberry
As Tom's getting downgraded Mina should be downgraded along with. She should be 8-C to 8-B via tanking Star's spells.

Moon Butterfly
Memory Erasure as I showed earlier, but she can do it without the wand.

All the Low 2-Cs except Omnitraxtus Prime, Meteora Butterfly & Toffee
From what's implied in SVTFOE all of the higher end feats such as destroying planets, universes and such are done via magic, so they shouldn't be at this tier physically and rather have it via magic, and since characters like Star have shown in her New Mewberty form that she can create forcefields to repel Meteora's attacks, it should be that their durability is Low 2-C with shields. All of them physically should be 8-C to 8-B.

Box of Truth

But, the evidence for time manipulation is merely rewinding a TV, not actual time.

As for the attack speed, I agree with that, however it shouldn't scale to the cast's physical reaction or combat speed.

As you've said, video manipulation, but certaintly not time manipulation. I can rewind a program with a remote, time manipulation for remote confirmed.

I agree with most of this but a few things about Star,

1. I don't think that it's right to up her intellgence just because she says she's being stupid on purpose, I could say the same about myself but that doesn't make it true. Even in the same diary entry she acts as he same air-headed self while saying she's just doing it on purpose.(Especially in the second link.)

2. I'm not sure how accurate it is to add Star using magic without the wand when it hasn't actually happened yet, that's just a trailer.

3. I don't think her having an understanding of the space-time continuum and multiverse theory helps her since she only uses it to describe how the scissors work, and yet someone like Marco can use them no problem. (Honestly they're not that complicated.) Speaking of which if you want you can check out my thread here on Star, I'm trying to revise Star having Dimensional Scissors as a part of her arsenal. https://vsbattles.com/vsbattles/2231210

Other than that, I agree with everything. Good work on this thread!

I think you misunderstood the intelligence portion, my point was that we should slightly tweak it since her air headed tendices are done on purpose.

The trailer is an entire scene from S4 of her using magic w/o her wand.

Marco is already seen as above average in intelligence though. Also from her explanation it's almost implied as if she knows the two things being talked about.

Wand has consistent Low 2-C feats and statements regardless, also Marco was tired after fighting thriugh Star's basic tiered spells and was still weaker then Tom all post Hekapoo. Punching through Toffee is purely just to show how his Regenerationn is, works similarly to how bullets could go through Buu and when did he physically harm Meteora again?
