Also please don't kill me, I don't know how will this work out. It's pretty hard to put Suzumiya in a battle as she has unbalanced stats.

The Player's Instantaneous versus Suzumiya's Instantaneous.

BUT

The Player would win through tactics. Battle Start! (pre-battle) The Player would BFR himself away and BFR loop Suzumiya from 1 place, to make Suzumiya bored into Close Space. (mid-battle) Close Space's just another dimension giving The Player Destroying her but eventually fail. (late-battle) Suzumiya return to herself and released from close space, only The Player nowhere to be found and The Player spectating her and destroying the world along with her and leaving the place then creating new world. The Player wins. Because this isn't first move wins like pokemon due there's no prior knowledge to each other.

BUT

The Player would win still through Steve's Hammer Space via suprise attack after run into Suzumiya. Even The Player died but there's resurrection only to let Suzumiya's guard down letting The Player use world destruction as if Suzumiya never existed.

My Verdict

The Player would win via tactics and resurrection also Steve's totem of undying. The Player have better Durability. So my vote The Player FRA.

Suzumiya only wins because of current knowledge and odds against powerful opponent but without resurrection her enemies are hopeless.
