Supes fights Satan

Superman has a fairly large AP advantage, not stomp worthy but enough to bypass his regen.
However, Satan's duplication is obscene (200 Quadrillion) and is likely more then enough to outlast and eventually beat Supes down.

He's usually pretty quick to start with clones in this form, and those clones could make other clones without instructions from Satan. It's not even known if 200 Quadrillion was his limit, so yeah, there's that.
His passive absorption of light and heat is basically the same thing as Superman's solar absorption, and he can also copy powers via reading the mind or seeing it being used.
