Joking aside, Smallville is probably the strongest Live-Action Superman. Reeves Superman is probably second.

I'm curious if the LA Superman from the 40s has good feats, but I can't seem to find his serials.

Most of the comic feats are listed Btw, like Superman being in the Bleed, and his energy vision.

I've read it, for the most part. There's mostly speed feats in that one, and Clark just showing off his ring power.

The Lanterns do have an insane, but highly unquantifiable, feat in it though. Clearly past any "city level" feats I would surmise.
