Round 1: Superman should win this due to vastly superior combat and reaction speed.
Round 2: This is a considerably more even fight. Thor should be able to win with his lightning powers and superior skill in close combat, but it will be close.
Round 3: Superman at 6-B should be able to oneshot Thor.
