Grace is over, I'm adding the match.
The fight was surprisingly though for M. Bison, who totally didn't expect having to face an almost immortal enemy who kept appearing again every time he was killed. But Bison's Psycho Power was proven Superior to Octopus, whose resources and abilities weren't enough to overcome the dictator. In order to win, Bison had to severely damage the technology he was looking for, and still came out of the fight in really bad conditions. However, he could now harness the wonders of Octopus' laboratory and seize the secret of immortality for himself.
