This is basically higher strength (Uma's at least 5-A vs Supergirl's 5-A) vs Supergirl's more diverse ability set (Heat Vision, Frost Breath, etc....)

Imma say Uma since she has the physical advantage, and her air manipulation should keep her in the long range fight against the heat vision and frost breath (i think) This could go either way imo. Not an easy decision.
