Wally is literally the fastest guy in the multiverse when he goes all out. Granted it’s kinda hard to go faster than the dude who can literally outrun and burn up the concept of speed, but yeah getting close second on peak Wally West while he’s literally burning up the thing that keeps time moving all throughout the multiverse is quite the impressive speed feat to say the least.

Suggestion, the current justification for the AP of the Ultra-Monitor is (Fought on par with Perpetua who could fight-off with the Darkest Knight) The thing is the moment when Perpetua fought with the Ultra-Monitor, she was likely weaker than the power level she displayed to have during Justice League #35-#39 and Death Metal. However, during Justice League #30-#34, when Perpetua was weakened, she was able to have Hypertime within her grasp and broke it at the end of Doom War. So what about (Fought on par with Perpetua who could broke Hypertime) ?

Immeasurable speed seems fine for Wonder Woman, TBWL, and Doctor Manhattan in their 1-A keys then. Perpetua and her children should also scale at their peak.

Well in each case outside of the multiverse should probably stay irrelevant speed as long as they are 1-A. I think TBWL was inside the multiverse (otherwise Wally can’t really give him the bird) so his in-multiverse manifestation should be immeasurable speed.

Okay I reread a good chunk of Snyder's work recently.

I think with the profiles as they currently are including the current editing we are misinterpreting exactly how these characters should be established

Only the monitor Brothers seem to abide by a weakened State when they are within the material Realm.

Perpetua should just be treated as a full-powered state and a weekend state. Most of the time we see her in her weakend State including death metal.

I propose four keys roughly for Batman who laughs

He should have a key for his base state,a key for his new body which he requires in Death metal too and remains with that level of power up until the end of Death metal four.

a third key for when he gets the massive amount of crisis energy in Death metal four. And a final key starting for death metal six/seven, where he is getting a continuous amp from Earth prime in regards to crisis energy
