As we can see from this Video Shulk is able to understand the laws of Causality through his precognition. The same precognition that as Dickson describes "Can see into the Passage of Fate!".
If Mr.Shulk can understand those laws through his precog and said precog does this by looking into the Passage of Fate this must mean that Causality itself exists inside the Passage of Fate!
Dr.Shulk however exists outside the Passage of Fate meaning he exists outside of Causality! This should obviously mean Type 4 Acausality if not Type 5 for all those who exist outside of the Passage of Fate.
This is obviously more of the case if we look at what we consider Type 5 Acausality which states:
"Characters with this type of Acausality transcend the normal boundaries of cause and effect, existing outside of the causality of a system. Even interacting with them normally may prove virtually impossible."
Conclusions: All those who exist outside of the Passage of Fate are clearly exist outside of Causality and therefore all obtain Type 4 Acausality if not Type 5.
