In this page (https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Super_Saiyan_Blue_Kaio-ke), it mentions using Kaioken with SSJ would kill Goku instantly, due to the lack of control. However, I'd argue Goku has more control with SSJ than SSJB, considering he mastered it and can use it for days on end even when SLEEPING!!!
