ehm... I don't known what is the point of this thread, but SSB Goku is already At least 3-B, and we can't scale Vegeta to 3-A to SSBKK(?) cuz he isn't that powerful

We follow the official Attack Potency Chart, instead of creating tiers on the go.
Also, this thread is entirely redundant. Listing statistics between two arcs is, bluntly put, ludicrous. By that logic, every single profile of every single character should have their key drastically expanded for the very same reason.
